Scott is that guy that buys into old-fashioned gender roles to a certain degree, but also loves and respects women so much that it’s like, I’m not gonna be mad at this guy. (The way he insists on carrying both of their suitcases even though it means he’s got two and Tessa has none, when he was all like, “But you’re not supposed to be the one to pull me up,” after he fell at Worlds etc. etc.)

These are the gifs @alittleobsessive and he’s so sweet trying to be reassuring to her, I’m sure she was frazzled but after the send time the rest of the program was great…so whatever he said seemed to ground her ❤️
ugh, looking at this program always hurts my heart, because she was in SO MUCH PAIN at the time. she is such a badass for skating through that much pain (for multiple seasons!), and he is such a good partner. they are so good to each other when things go awry mid-program.
